I've got to get up off of my lazy ass and clean the bedroom and the laundry room.
The Brinks security guy is coming out and is going to check the existing security system in the house and determine whether or not it needs upgrades. We really want to get the carbon monoxide detector installed as well so who knows what that is going to cost.
I suppose it's all moot if he can't get to the power box in the bedroom and the keypad in the laundry room though, so rather than typing I should probably be cleaning.
Wish me luck...
...I was trying to listen to "the playmakers" show on ESPN Radio here in Dallas and my mind started bleeding.

I am getting caught up on the last three weeks of Lost and I am actually enjoying the hell out of it. Texas is doing STRANGE things to me.
We took a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo this past Thursday and thought you might want to see some of the better pictures we snapped.

I really think tonight could be the night. If he has a strong enough showing in Kentucky to go along with his projected land slide in Oregon, he may very well wrap this up tonight!
...the almost certain to be new member of the Webb Family...Sadie Bella Webb.
We volunteered at the Bedford Pet Fair today and the great Homeward Bound Animal Rescue had Sadie there. After playing with her for a couple of hours we decided to bring her home for a "slumber party" to see how she does with the cats.
So far so good and we might be added this beautiful Border Collie to our home. The picture doesn't do her justice - she's beautiful!
Those of you who didn't see my facebook update probably don't know that we didn't keep Sadie.
Ultimately, we decided that our dynamic with Anji and I along with Paige & Nolan is pretty great for now. Especially since we're working on the webbbaby. Sadie was a cute dog and we enjoyed our evening with her very much. It wasn't said like the (yet to be discussed) Bailey situation. We'll likely even keep in touch with her/her foster mom.
I'm smack in the middle of one of my "Frosted Mini Funks" that I get from time to time and I'm not sure why. It just clicks on and off for me. It came on suddenly last night, but I'm starting to snap out of it.
I saw the episode of Jon & Kate plus 8 last night where they were stuck on a plane for 12 + hours and I'm now freaking out a bit because we're going to help Clay and Sara move this weekend. Xanax. Xanax. Xanax.
As I type this I have a very adorable, rolled up Mr. Nolan in my arms. I'm pretty sure he's trying to type hello to you guys!
In the mail today I received my info on my 2009 Cowboys season tickets in the new stadium. I'm really excited about it!
That's about it for me.
