Last night at my parents we decided that we should go out in the front yard and do some shooting. ;)

When I started doing Atkins 5 weeks ago I was 229.5. Today I stood on the scale and I was 219.

In addition to that - I haven't really been craving sweets and carbs and I feel l lot better in general.

10 down - 34 to go to get to my first goal of 185. Although, I'll be thrilled just to get back under that 200 lb barrier.

Damn you Texas and your tasty treats! ;)

Happy Holidays everyone! It actually feels like Christmas here. It's 24 degrees this morning!

Anji is actually working today. YES on the Sunday before Christmas. HR work is never done.

I'm about to do a little cleaning and get ready to plant it for football.

The Cowboys won last night so that is a Christmas gift for me and I am hoping the Bears can give me another gift and go ahead and beat the Packers so we can wrap up Home Field Advantage throughout.

Tonight we're going to go out with our neighbors Todd and Brooke and either look at Christmas lights or possibly play some board games.

Should be fun!
